- SFSabrina FerraraJun 4, 20263.0I was there 3x last month. Every experience was a rerun of the last. Only ONE employee was working despite the fact there were at least THREE others wandering around in the back. One would come out occasionally & those of us in line almost clapped; but all she did was shuffle things around, move large envelopes to the back & bring them back out 15 minutes later. It makes the employees look lazy & customers feel disrespected. The lack of customer service is so blatant, it's hurtful. It's literally painful for me because I can't stand for more than 10 minutes. Other people carrying packages 📦 were having difficulties, as well. They should at least put chairs along the back wall. I, for one, would find the wait less painful. The employees were never rude. Just very curt. I have never ever seen any of them smile or laugh. Their affect is totally flat. They all lack facial expressions -- actually they seem to have the same one. I don't know how else to explain it, but I find it depressing & think I'll travel the extra distance to the Arnold Avenue office. I hope they find a way to improve their spirits & customer service.

- ACAnthony CamaratoMay 6, 20191.0If you are mailing anything of value or own a small business ect, please save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. They go thru your mail, steal packages(do not check in prelabeled items), and purposely have no cameras. It’s a very fishy place and speaking with the manager I was told I’m pretty much robbed if I don’t physically have proof of handing them the mail. Which is impossible because they have 1 camera not pointing to anywhere or importantance. In short words they’re THIEFS!
