this place is worth the 2.2 rating when I asked an employee at the counter for help, my question was completely ignored. I asked if I could purchase the correct box she responded with an attitude and said “what’s wrong with people today” clearly she was having a bad day but a little patience and kindness goes a long way lol😂

I had and now currently having the worst service with the delivery of two vinyl records I ordered. It said it was delivered to a front door/porch, the problem is that I DON’T HAVE A FRONT DOOR OR PORCH, I live in an apartment complex. So I hope somebody in the staff is willing to help me retrieve and find them

We had a very upsetting experience at the USPS Pleasantville location while attending a scheduled passport appointment for our family and two children, who were first-time applicants. Our appointment was from 2:00–3:00 PM. From the start, the associate assisting us (Nikki) was rude, sarcastic, and unhelpful, even after I explained we were first-time applicants and needed some guidance. When an ID issue came up for my daughter, my husband and daughter left to retrieve additional identification and returned at 2:43 PM, well within our scheduled appointment time. Despite this, Nikki refused to continue processing our appointment, raised her voice, and spoke to us in a humiliating way in front of other customers. My children were visibly affected by how harshly we were treated. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and Aminah stepped in. She was calm, kind, and professional, immediately de-escalated the situation, and handled our applications with empathy and care. Her professionalism made a stressful experience manageable, and I am very grateful to her. Unfortunately, I also observed the same associate later being confrontational with another customer, which made it feel like a pattern rather than an isolated incident. No family should be treated this way during a routine appointment, especially with children present. I hope this location addresses customer service expectations, because experiences like this stay with families long after they leave.
