- AWAniyyah WinkeyLebronJun 21, 20261.0I have had ongoing issues with mail and checks not being delivered to my mailbox. Multiple times, I have seen important mail and checks listed on Informed Delivery, only for them to never arrive. This has caused significant frustration, inconvenience, and concern. The customer service at this location has also been extremely disappointing. Many of the employees I have interacted with have had poor attitudes, shown little interest in helping customers, and lacked professionalism. Every time I visit, I leave feeling frustrated rather than assisted. Given the repeated problems with mail delivery and the consistently poor customer service, I believe this establishment is failing the community it is supposed to serve. In my opinion, this location needs to be investigated and, if these issues cannot be corrected, it should be closed down. Customers deserve reliable mail service, accountability, and respectful treatment.

When I tried to ask a simple question regarding my shipment, the employees were snappy and dismissive rather than helpful. It’s clear there is a lack of professionalism and care for customer satisfaction here. I would strongly recommend going to a different location if you want efficient and respectful service.
