  Amazing experience at The UPS Store! The staff was incredibly helpful, professional, and fast. They went above and beyond to make sure my packages were handled perfectly and answered all my questions with patience. The store was clean, organized, and the customer service was top notch. It’s hard to find places that genuinely care about their customers anymore, but this location definitely does. Highly recommend this UPS Store to anyone looking for reliable and friendly service!

  Great experience at this location! The staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the visit. Everything was clean, organized, and handled efficiently. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this place to others.

  I recently visited this UPS on May 6, 2026 at between 10:30 -11am, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The staff member on duty wasn’t very attentive or welcoming. Even though I provided my ID and tracking number, they told me my package wasn’t there. I explained I had a confirmation email and was sure it had arrived. After some back and forth, it turned out my package was indeed there, but the mistake wasn’t acknowledged. They simply retrieved it without an apology. I left feeling frustrated, especially since I had just moved here from another town where the service at the UPS Store was always top-notch. Given how expensive gas is, I’m glad I didn’t have to drive back and forth, but the whole situation could have been avoided. Word of advice to the tagless incompetent employee, Next time, if you can’t find the package in the system check via first and last name or tracking!

  Associate stated that I needed a taped box to complete an Amazon return. Do not go here. I picture below the box in question if anyone believes this an exaggeration but they will not put two pieces of tape on there for you. Edit: The UPS Store in South Plainfield does not charge you to tape an AMAZON RETURN. Go there instead. How embarrassing. Charging 0.75 cents a piece for tape.
