- LALorissa AApr 6, 20261.0I would like to start by stating that Perth Amboy’s post office has to be hands down the worst place to go expecting any sort of help! I came in today attempting to return a package. Welp that wasn’t going to happen. Of course I expected Perth Amboy post office to help in the same way other offices like South Amboy, Woodbridge, Port Reading…. But of course I should have known better. I was told that because my box was unsealed that I would have to purchase a roll of tape to close the package. Meanwhile I was looking directly at a roll of tape of the women’s table open and ready to be used. Now had I gone to any other post office that would not have been the case. ANY OTHER OFFICE WOULD HAVE TAPED IT AND I WOULD HAVE BEEN ON MY WAY. But of course expecting actual customer service from any office in Perth Amboy was my fault. Call me cheap or whatever I’m not buying a roll of tape for what 5.00 to use it one time when there’s an open roll on the employees desk! Smh!

The only complain is a disgusting employee (dont know her name but she wears glasses and has a bob haircut) there who has the worst attitude I've ever had encountered with. Always being disrespectful to customers, sloppy worker, disgusting attitude and unprofessional. Don't know how she still employed with such ugly traits. Hey manager, do not hire or keep around people who aren't patience or have it in them to work in customer services because this reflects YOUR company, eh?
