We get our water from Primo Brands every month and it is always on time and the delivery people are nice enough to put the bottles inside our front door when asked. Good Water and Good service.

Delivery drivers won’t use designated loading zones in Philly, parking instead in a bike lane clearly labeled “no stopping” on a route a lot of people bring their children on from the local park.
If you can’t handle the streets here, stay in New Jersey.

Company I used for water delivery was bought out by Primo. Once that transition came along and primo took over, they tried charging me for water deliveries I never got (this was rectified. 5 stars for that part at least), water was scheduled 3 different times and they never came and just recheduled over and over. I finally dropped them, had their bottles picked up (that was rescheduled multiple times too) and went to Fox Ledge for my delivery and havent had a single issue since. Hint hint NEPA people run now and get with a reliable company. Also cheaper now too! Funny enough my jobs been having issues with primo now for deliveries and they get big $ from them. Maybe ill suggest Fox to them too.

I signed up through BJ’s for what was advertised as a “free” water dispenser with a delivery subscription through Primo. The dispenser was delivered on January 22, and within 24 hours it failed internally and dumped an entire 5-gallon jug of water onto my kitchen floor.
I attempted to contact customer service and got nowhere—online chat said someone would follow up in 5–7 business days. No one ever did.
Instead, about a week and a half later, they just dropped off another identical dispenser at my door without contacting me. No explanation, no resolution, and no replacement for the water that was lost due to their defective equipment.
On top of that, there is a $15 “delivery fee” that was not clearly disclosed when signing up for what was supposed to be a “free delivery” service.
So now I’m stuck with:
Two dispensers (one defective, one I didn’t ask for)
No accountability from customer service
Charges that don’t match what was advertised
This entire experience feels disorganized at best and misleading at worst. If something goes wrong, don’t expect timely support or a proper resolution.
I’m now trying to cancel and get them to come pick up their equipment, which is another challenge in itself.
Would not recommend.
