Had an extremely disappointing experience. Fingerprinting is not available by appointment and is only offered as a walk-in service. When I arrived, there were two associates working, but one of them eventually left. I was asked to sit in the passport room and wait. Later, I was told that the remaining associate had multiple passport appointments and would not be able to take care of my fingerprinting. It was frustrating to wait without being clearly informed that the service might not be available. If fingerprinting is offered only as a walk-in service, there should at least be enough staff to accommodate walk-in customers. If you need fingerprinting services, I would recommend avoiding USPS altogether and finding another provider.

I want to commend the post office employees for their calm, professional behavior today when a deeply entitled patron wanted her place in line held while she left the post office, with a packing item she hadn't paid for, to get some information for her package. It would not surprise me if this patron left the employees a negative review; she left raging at them. She was an embarrassment to the rest of us standing in line.

Very poor customer service, unprofessional management - to be avoided. Also the facility is kept in poor condition.

Not that it is a surprise to anyone that is familiar with this USPS locations reputation, but it never ceases to amaze me just how unprofessional and poorly run this facility is. The lady I dealt with (didn’t catch her name) was extremely passive agressive during the brief exchange I had with her. All I asked for was a couple small pieces of tape because I saw I missed a spot on the box I was handing over to her and she gave me a nasty look and looked shocked I had just asked her that. So she gave me the small pieces of tape, but not without making snarky comments about how Pennington residents think they deserve everything and that we’re “entitled” people. I was respectful during the whole interaction and didn’t warrant any of the attitude this woman gave me. On top of that as I’m walking out to leave, I hear the box I handed her ( a $2700 graphics card) slammed into the mail bin like a piece of garbage. I implore you to never come to this post office if you can avoid it. Take the extra 10 minutes to drive to Hopewell Borough where you’ll find actually decent human beings and not miserable people who obviously hate their job. I’ll never understand why they haven’t fired every single employee and started fresh at this location. I’ve never heard anything good come out of this place. I’d bet good money that this is the worst location in the entire state of NJ. Absolutely horrible. I’ll never go back.
