This store has the worst customer service I've ever seen. As other reviews stated, they charge outrageous charges for taking boxes and printing out already paid for labels. My wife just told me that the last time she was there, a year ago, the lady behind the counter begged her to write a 5 Star Review and my Wife reluctantly said she would. Well, the lady was so pushy about it that she took my wife's phone and wrote the review herself. It doesn't get any pushier than that in my opinion! This store's owner should be ashamed of their customer service and I wish UPS was made aware of how badly this store's ran and the poor image they're reflecting upon UPS as a company. FedEx's customer service is by far more superior than the clowns who run this location!

Mamta, owner of this UPS location, proved that good people and customer service still exist! Mamta spent hours on the phone with corporate UPS to correct a transposed address on a highly insured, highly valuable package. It was my mistake, yet Mamta helped me locate and intercept the package at the UPS distribution center. THANK YOU Mamta for exceptional customer care and service. You went far above and beyond the call of duty. I am privileged to have had your help, and highly recommend this UPS store - they care about your package and you!

Was charged over $8 to print a single B&W page for a shipping label. This included $3 for the basic tape they use to affix the label to the box. Better off going to any other location as this one is a scam
