    My package was supposed to be delivered two days ago but the carrier marks it as no access. Every other delivery service can get inside but the post office. This is a disgrace I should not have to send my packages to another location just to make sure I get them.

    If I could leave zero out of five stars I would. How is it financially feasible to ship a package from its starting location which was Edison to Paterson and then ship said package to LeHigh Valley PA and then to Harrisburg PA only to ship it back to Paterson. Delaying my package over a week now when it should have been the standard Amazon two day delivery time. Whoever thought it was a good idea to do this should be fired on the spot immediately for incompetence and save us the taxpayers money.

    To slow service. Be ready to be there for 30 minutes and up just do drop off a package.

    Had a package that was supposed to arrive late last month. They never even attempted to deliver it. When I asked if they had the package and I could possibly retrieve it myself, they told me they would look for it. They apparently never did. I was then told to initiate a missing mail search. I did, and then a week later they said they attempted delivery (which was a lie), and immediately marked the package as return to sender. When I asked again if I could retrieve the package since it had magically been found, I was told that I could not as it was already being returned. I'm not even mad anymore, I'm impressed by the level of incompetence.
