Thank G-d For Leslie at this store! She is so nice, patient and her customer service skills goes above and beyond. I had a small issue that she addressed in the most professional manner and she right away solved my issue. Honestly, in the year 2026, I was blown away by the way she carried herself at work. I feel like after covid, alot of workers have gotten lazy or just forgot the basics when it comes to servicing customers. Thank You Leslie for being awesome!!

So I went into this staples today, I’ve been here before, a lot, from getting points for useless electronics to Amazon returns and all kinds of stuff printer ink all that!! But today really stuck out!! There was this young lady at the return desk who went above and beyond for me!! I had stopped at three different places trying to get some Amazon gift cards and this girl was so helpful so polite so knowledgeable she even helped me load it and figure out how to get it on my Amazon account!! It wasn’t ur typical Amazon gift card it was something else and she didn’t have to take the time out of her day to literally physically punch it in and show me on my Amazon account how to load this particular card she was really a sweet heart!! I feel horrible cause I didn’t get her name!! It was around 5pm today and she was a very pretty petite black girl had to be in her 20’s (sorry for lack of a better description I hope I don’t want rude I didn’t mean anything by it) but if I ever see her again I will definitely have to buy her coffee or lunch or something!! We need more ppl in the world like this but this staples does have very polite helpful staff!!

I went there to print some double sized copies about 20 of them. They charged me 8.99 extra for an express service...never once said they were going to do that. What a bs fee. There wasn't anyone else waiting at the time.
