I visited Staples today for my TSA PreCheck appointment, and unfortunately, the female employee working at the TSA PreCheck area was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. When I confirmed I was there for TSA PreCheck, instead of simply saying, “The line starts over there,” she abruptly told me, “Stand behind the line,” in an unnecessarily disrespectful tone. No one is coming there to bother anyone—we are simply there for our appointments and to complete a service. Her attitude was completely inappropriate for someone working directly with customers. I chose not to respond to her disrespect because I did not want the situation to escalate, but she was absolutely the wrong person to have in a customer-facing position. Basic directions can be communicated politely and professionally.

I had a great experience at the Staples in Paramus, specifically for my TSA PreCheck enrollment. The entire process was incredibly smooth, and I was in and out in less than five minutes. The employee assisting me was both highly knowledgeable and personable, making what could have been a tedious chore an absolute breeze. The staff overall is kind and helpful, which makes for a welcoming store environment. The only drawback is that the inventory feels a bit shallow in certain areas; the store seems heavy on items like computer printers and paper shredders but is light on other categories. Still, for the excellent service and efficient TSA setup, it is a very good store.

What an absolutely amazing experience. Joe in print was extraordinary. He went above and beyond to really help me. I’m currently seven months pregnant with a broken foot. He sat with me and really took the time to help me so that my Baby Shower games were perfect and in excellent condition what an experience. I’ve never worked with somebody who was so dedicated to customers and make sure I was happy at the end of the day. He was also extremely detailed and very well thought out it is communication and how he managed the entire experience end to end.
