- NCNatalie CarrMar 17, 20261.0Very poor service. The workers don’t want to work. The managers are rude especially Chelsea. I paid for a po box online . I came with my required documents and one was expired . The paper work didn’t say anything about experience documentation it only stated that the address must match. Now I’m going through a living situation and need a P.O. Box to receive my mail. They gave me the run around stating that they didn’t believe that I paid for it online . I showed them proof plus a confirmation number . The supervisor stated that I need to print out my bank statements and the email . I did that and came back in the next day and they explained to me that the money was never taken out of my account . Now I lost money and have no where to put my mail . I went online to have my mail held to then be able to pick it up and the supervisor Chelsea said she saw my request and it will be thrown out. Now tha part I don’t understand and I don’t want to get a lawyer involved and sue but it looks like I will have to. every worker here is negligent and that’s just unsafe .

My mail also get put in the wrong mail slot I don't know how smart you have to be to work for USPS, but if the mail says "451" an it's 4 doors with (451, 451A, 458, 458A) WHICH SLOT IT GOES TO?!!... "451" WHY ARE YOU PUTTING IT IN 451A, OR 458? Clearly this the wrong job for them. Just because it's not their bills or MAIL period!! This has to stop! I tried to call the carrier back he act like he ain't hear me! He was lucky I'm handicap cause I would've ran up to him and went off, LIKE DO YOUR DAMN JOB!!.. LOOK AT THE NUMBERS!!..and it's not just the one I had today IT'S EVERYONE THAT TAKES THE REAL CARRIES PLACE... GET IT TOGETHER ORANGE UNITED STATES POST OFFICE!! yes I'm mad!!.. ppl get paid to do nothing...
