  Extremely disappointing experience. The representative was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I came in with a package that already had my own box and shipping label. I simply had to open the box to add one more item, and when I asked to have it taped back up, I was told it would cost $6 just to tape the box. When I questioned the charge, the representative literally said, “I’m done with this.” That is an unacceptable way to speak to a customer. If you’re frustrated with other customers or having a bad day, that’s not my problem and it certainly shouldn’t be taken out on me. I don’t normally go into UPS stores to ship or return things, so I had no idea I would be charged $6 for something as simple as taping a box. The attitude was honestly worse than the charge itself. Customer service should mean actually helping customers, not making them feel like they’re an inconvenience. I will definitely think twice before coming back to this location. Miserable individual

  I’ve been coming to this UPS store for almost 15 years. It’s always been a pleasant experience! Something I cannot say for the rt34 UPS in Matawan.

  Love these people and I’m there all the time. They kinda make you feel like family. They totally know their stuff and there’s very little turnaround with employees. The employees make the store awesome.

  Denisse was super helpful when I needed a ton of documents notarized! Also Sam who I met yesterday. Amazing customer service.
