- RFRichard FitzpatrickAug 1, 20262.0While nothing is actually wrong at this specific post office the entire usps has hit rock bottom. I spent 36 dollars to have some valuables sent by certified mail. Went in on Friday the person said it would be there Monday. Monday it was still sitting in Philly for 4 days. Then it made is way to Miami/Opa Locka where it sat for a week. Finally arrived a week later. When it was in Philly I put in a lost package request never heard anything back. Terrible customer service. But 5 stars to most of the people out there delivering our mail. When our usual postman is off they can't get the envelopes in the proper boxes but they try i guess.

Amazon packages can effectively and efficiently be delivered across the world, except in OCNJ. I tried calling before going in person. No one would answer the phone. I arrived to a line of other frustrated Amazon customers who never received their packages because the palettes of packages were sent back according to Eric, the manager. They could not accept them due to lack of inefficiency on their part. A woman with a small business was in front of me. She did not receive her holiday orders. These people all get paid regardless and we get no customer service.
