- HRHeidi RegentJul 1, 20261.0This post office is a perfect example of why USPS is going out of business. Amazon packages can effectively and efficiently be delivered across the world, except in OCNJ. I tried calling before going in person. No one would answer the phone. I arrived to a line of other frustrated Amazon customers who never received their packages because the palettes of packages were sent back according to Eric, the manager. They could not accept them due to lack of inefficiency on their part. A woman with a small business was in front of me. She did not receive her holiday orders. These people all get paid regardless and we get no customer service.
