Today, March 19, 2026, I received a large amount of Christmas cards… all post marked/dated mid December 2025. Where has this mail been for 3 months? Unacceptable from this agency! Zero stars is too high a rating 😡
- LPLee PipJan 10, 20261.0After the staff member was rude, dismissive, and contemptuous, she quickly clicked through some buttons on the screen including rating herself as giving "Excellent Service." Maybe she thought her service was excellent, but I did not think so. I would have rated it as, "Poor."
- NDN DJan 3, 20261.0I wish I didn’t have to give any stars at all. The lady that works at the Oakland office (African American) is so unprofessional! I tried giving her the benefit of the doubt after the first time, but after the third time, I’ve drawn the conclusion that she’s just a nasty person! I had to drop off a return and she didn’t even take it from me. She had me put it on the counter and didn’t give me a receipt because she was sooo busy folding g a bag. She hates her job and takes it out on the customers. She’s so unprofessional! Even though there was no one else there, I had to wait for about 6 minutes while she was folding a bag. She is so rude and has such an attitude for absolutely no reason!
