- KKKristen1 day ago1.0MISERABLE FEMALE CLERK AGAIN! She wasn’t even the one helping me but how I encountered her speaking to other patrons is frightening. She has embarrassed me on more than one occasion in a room full of people in the past but something about her doing it to two middle aged woman (who couldn’t have been nicer towards her) really made me angry. It is terrible for Oakland residents that this is the way we are treated by government employees. The management has to be well aware because both Google and Yelp have an abundance of negative reviews about her dating years back. It’s almost to the point that I would assume something unprofessional is also going on behind the scenes too. To have that kind of human represent the branch and not be bothered by her unprofessionalism is absurd.
- MMMike1 day ago3.0It's tough to leave stars because I want to give John 5 stars. He couldn't have been nicer and more helpful with my family renewing our passports. Great person to talk with and deal with. I feel bad for him for having to work next to that MISERABLE woman next to him. She's not just having a bad day again because she has had the same miserable attitude for years. All these negative reviews about her are spot on and I don't understand how she can still be even employed there. Even the lady who she was "helping" you would say, asked her if she was ok and just had a blank stare with no response. Completely rude and miserable. I would post her name but of course she doesn't wear a name tag. Just walk in, you'll know who she is. She needs to go!

Today, March 19, 2026, I received a large amount of Christmas cards… all post marked/dated mid December 2025. Where has this mail been for 3 months? Unacceptable from this agency! I have the mail app was supposed to get mail the last three days they came down but just kept driving I’ve complain multiple times on this just to get a shrug and it doesn’t surprise me. So obviously it is a problem why isn’t it being handled.
