Incredibly disappointing experience this past weekend for us. We had ordered a poster print for our child's 1st birthday and received a confirmation email that the poster was ready for pickup. Upon arriving at the store, the worker informed us that the printer was broken and without any warning, the order was canceled the morning of the party. To add insult to injury, the worker was unwilling to inflate a balloon we were adding to our balloon order, stating that he "had deadlines to meet". Classless response after the printer interaction with no intention to make it right. Will not be using this location for any services going forward due to the poor experience

the “manager” kicked me out because i purchased something then realized i bought the wrong version of the product. 30 minutes later i come back to return it i get yelled at and told to leave the propety rudely. I walk out to the parking lot and got yelled at the leave the property while not on the staples property, i tell him that and he called the cops. If i could give 0 stars i would.

Horrifically understaffed, went in to buy a computer mouse and they only had one person at the front who was helping customers, and seemed to only be handling Amazon/online orders. I asked the staff at the printing area if they could unlock the cabinet so I could get a mouse and they said I had to wait in the online orders line, which was barely moving. After 5 minutes of the line not moving at all, I gave up and left.

I had a very good experience ordering balloons for my husband’s 75th birthday party at the Staples in Oakland,NJ. Their associate was very helpful from start to finish. I am grateful that Party City is now a part of Staples.
