I have been waiting for my package for two months and they have not delivered it to the destination country and place. I paid for express shipping and I have been waiting for two months! I call and go to the offices and they do not give me any reason for anything! Their response is that they cannot do anything. I hope my package was not lost :(

Prior to this and maybe a year ago, I found the postmaster, the counter help, and others there to be extremely rude and very unhelpful. Whatever has happened, it is wonderful now. Keep up the good work. It is definitely noticed.
