- JJJanalysMay 2, 20241.0This ups has gone downhill. Recently they implemented a new system for Amazon returns. It now takes 10x longer to return your Amazon items. Many people are older and don’t understand how to use the machine, or can’t read english well. Even if you don’t have either of these problems, you’re required to scan the return code, find a appropriate sized bag, then you have to wrap your item and essentially close the bag with the label. A lot of this is very anxiety driving especially when you have a long line behind you. Why can’t the workers just do their job instead of making all of us do it? We aren’t UPS workers. I’ve been several other UPS stores and no one else makes you do this. To me it’s very lazy of them. I have not seen one person who appreciates this machine. Total step backwards if you ask me.
