- ELE. LeeApr 1, 20261.0I’ve dropped off packages, sent out a few items over the past few months. Today I came across that gentleman name starts with a K. I asked him about ground, he goes “Oh, it’ll get there in 4-5 business days” like dude you know what day it’s going to get there and I asked the specific day. He goes next week Tuesday or Wednesday, the pricing $45 for ground, there was candy in the box. I took the box, I went to USPS and told him it’s going to be $20 and it was $22 and it’s going to get there Saturday. I believe people who are lazy and don’t want to drive five minutes to a post office go here for convenience and have money to burn. Or do free returns. What’s the common denominator here when you see all the complaints? Ask yourself the next time you respond to a review.
