  I highly recommend this ups store. I especially would like to comment on the employees. I use this store often and the staff are always extremely helpful, kind, efficient and very courteous, every single one of them. Today Arslin helped me and he was wonderful.

  Went there to ship an envelop. Said they won’t accept it in a white envelope and offered me to sell one of their own envelopes. Checked with UPS … they do not have that requirement. Seems like the location trying to sell their own stationary.

  Arslan was amazing! This place makes shipping super easy! Not only that but they offer print services so we were able to get all of our wedding photos printed for frames!

  I want to give a special thank you and recognition to Rehan Saed at The UPS Store for his outstanding customer service and professionalism. I recently shipped a package for one of my clients and accidentally misplaced the receipt with the tracking number. I initially thought the tracking information would be emailed to me, but unfortunately it wasn’t. I had to return to the store hoping there was some way to recover the information. Rehan went above and beyond to help me. It honestly took some serious detective work on his part to track down the shipment information, and even though he really didn’t have to put in that level of effort, he did anyway. His patience, willingness to help, and positive attitude made a stressful situation much easier. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Rehan absolutely deserves recognition for the way he handled everything. Thank you again for your help — it was truly appreciated.
