- JAJ AJun 12, 20261.0The North Bergen Post Office has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The staff seem to have little regard for people's time, with long waits, poor communication, and a complete lack of urgency. Simple transactions take far longer than they should, and every visit feels like a frustrating waste of time. What is most disappointing is the lack of consideration for customers who have jobs, schedules, and responsibilities. Standing in line for extended periods while service moves at a painfully slow pace shows a complete disregard for the public they are supposed to serve. I've dealt with many post offices over the years, and this may genuinely be the worst post office in America. If there were an award for wasting customers' time, North Bergen would be a top contender.
- BVBoris ValenciaJun 12, 20261.0This Post office on 79th st and Bergenline Ave, has to the worst one yet, this past week I came in to ship a box to relatives in CA, the attendant behind the glass gave me a weird look by the time it was my turn to be attended she asked "Why am i shipping the parcel thru USPS but not thru UPS or Fed Ex" for a moment I didn't know if she was kidding or being serious, since it was a pre-paid label thru USPS i wasn't sure if i was at the right place... she then proceed to tell i would Not be getting a confirmation receipt since the box was too big. If there is a problem in shipping parcel thru USPS, then why offer the service?? If they consider certain parcel to be "too big" then why take my Money online, this lady was extremely unprofessional and very rude... But I'll take her advice and use Fed Ex or UPS next time. There costumer service is so much better!!
