  We have been with this family-owned business for several years, they are so extremely, accommodating... And always go above and beyond. it's not even funny... There are no words to describe the customer service, which is why we will stay with them moving forward!

  I packed one item for shipping that did not need to be shipped. I immediately called the UPS employee that took my package and asked him to hold it at the store until the following business day so I could take the item out and ship the rest. The following day I arrived. Took the item out. He repackaged the delivery and sent it off immediately. His name was Pratham (hope I'm spelling it correctly). I would highly recommend him for promotion or a raise. Great young man!

  Facility is located close to where I live at the Columbia Shopping Center. With excellent parking in front of store or to the side of the store. Always has no less the 3 associates in uniformed asking how can they help you. Smooth in and out visit and your out the door.

  I always pay for my label online and seal my package, I been doing this approx more tan 10 times and yesterday they try to make me pay for another label, when they couldn’t they want that I a pay for another bag, couldn’t send my package because it’s not logic that I always do this the same way and now they wanna make me spend more money.
