I want this location twice and trying to send out a package and their printer was down two days in a row, and the customer service agent wasn’t helpful in trying to find a solution. This is a terrible location.

I experienced long delays at the Ferry Street Newark post office, and unfortunately, I couldn’t send my package due to equipment issues. It really highlighted a broader problem: government offices often lack the customer service focus we see in corporate environments. I hope to see public services prioritize customer care just as much as any private company

We’ve been waiting outside with 101 degrees por more than 1 hour. It’s the first time I see the clerk closes for lunch. It’s ridiculous

Very rude and unprofessional. Woman at the counter was wearing sunglasses and had an attitude about my box not being completely “blacked out” because I wanted to reuse a box. There were no previous shipping labels on box and just sent me on my way. Maybe this is something new? Never had an issue before with reusing boxes.

The lady who attend us was super rude. We just asked a simple question. Online it says that they take pictures and they do a hard copy. She didn’t even allow us to ask the question. Not sure if she had a bad day, but she needs some peace in her life.
