- MSMichael Sanchez1 day ago1.0Incredibly rude staff and poor service The service at this post office is completely unacceptable. The two women working the counter today treated me with a very nasty attitude from the moment I walked up. Instead of being helpful, they were dismissive, impatient, and highly unprofessional. A post office is a public service, but these employees have zero customer service skills. Management seriously needs to address the attitude of the staff here.

She was more than willing to help after 3 days of being turned away she actually told me what was needed to get my packages mailed and ensured that she collected them and sent the instead of sending me away another day to wait to mail my things. I appreciate your help so much and will also be filling out the receipt survey to make sure I sing your praises. We need more of that because these post office workers do not ever want to help the customers. Jasmine’s customer service is top tier.
