It's normally pretty fast for me because I just come in to do prepaid drop- offs, but the line is always very long- at least any time after 10:30- 11am ish. They definitely seem to be severely understaffed.. I've never personally had a bad interaction with the staff but have witnessed on multiple occasions snippy and combative service with other customers :(

It's just a matter of always being understaffed for the amount of volume that goes through there. I didn't time the wait, but it was very long. Paying one extra person to open another window for a few hours seems like an easy fix. It shouldn't be so hard to allot that money. Happy customers. Happier employees. The place was well maintained and parking on the premises.
