It’s never a supervisor there or postmaster there to talk too. Funny thing about writing this review, is nothing will get fix. What a shithole place

They do not have pens so that you could write on your package. This is the first UPS that I’ve encountered where they do not have pens out, and they will not give it to me when I asked. I had to step out go by my own package my own tape they refuse to give it to me even though they sell the tape. They made me pay for a box. Because they said the box that I had was too wonky and turns out that the box that I technically needed was the wrong box that they charge me for. Never again.
