I’ve never had a positive interaction with any of the staff but I’ve had to be helped by a middle aged man twice, he doesn’t greet you even if you say hi, good morning etc. if you say please, or thank you he won’t respond. On both occasions he’s acted like he’s being so inconvenienced for performing the most simple of tasks because each time I was just taking a return that was already packed and ready to go. Truly don’t understand the attitude.

Paid over $238 for overnight shipping to be delivered on the 02/13/2024 but my sister never got the package. Samething happened in the Springfield location sent raw foodstuff to my sister and they delivered empty box to her. I want my money back. Went to this location today 02/15/2024 speaking to the person who did my package and this tall black man who is so rude decided to invite himself to the discussion and went ahead to insult me.

Came to buy holiday stamps, and while asking fora special issue, I was told by this particular teller they'd ran out, when after paying I see the teller next door had the issue I wanted. Not an interest to find out with complete certitude if they had what I was asking. Lesson, be vibe and ask if a teller dies not have the issue you want, whether their next window colleague could check if they have them.
