- MMMichelleJun 16, 20261.0The lady that works at the counter is a TERROR. She is difficult and rude on purpose, just to make your day worse. Someone like that has no business working at a post office. All of the reviews are about her. Why usps hasn’t done anything is baffling.
- LALorin AndaloraMay 2, 20261.0I’ve never met a more lazy post office staff or had issues at a post office. I came right before closing and had two packages to send out that barely had an old shipment label in them and she refused to send it out. I asked if she could put the new sticker over the old sticker remnants she said no and told me to turn the bags inside out and I asked if she would take them back up if I did that and then she told me no and I can buy tape. I wasn’t going to do that so I just tried to peel the sticker off so it wasn’t a problem and she told me I had to move off the counter and go somewhere else. Mind you there’s not a single soul inside the post office. I just picked my stuff up and went to another nearby post office with absolutely zero issue they took my stuff and sent it out for me. Unreal

How are customers supposed to pick up packages if they are only open when everyone else is at work? 5 pm is a laughable closing time. No wonder why the post office is struggling. FED EX all the way!!!!!
