The employee was rude and condescending and was telling me to do the exact opposite of what i was told to do by amazon. This is not just a $10 item in question but something pricey and i don't need errors it properly getting it returned. 1st and last time ever in that store. I was told many people had issues there. Thought maybe i would have a better experience. Nope!

He provided great customer service as well as being very kind. I am very glad to know there is a a UPS store located conveniently in my area.
