- NSNicole SicilianoMay 4, 20261.0Tried to return amazon package. Was told by amazon exactly what to do. Went into ups store. The employee was rude and condescending and was telling me to do the exact opposite of what i was told to do by amazon. This is not just a $10 item in question but something pricey and i don't need errors it properly getting it returned. 1st and last time ever in that store. I was told many people had issues there. Thought maybe i would have a better experience. Nope!

He provided great customer service as well as being very kind. I am very glad to know there is a a UPS store located conveniently in my area.
