  Extortion and fees at this location. Zero customer service. Used the tape on my package to re-tape it. Rude lady at the counter said she didn’t like it. Wanted to charge me $5 for one piece of tape bc she didn’t like my tape. I tried to pull the box open to show how strong the tape was and the BOX ripped before the tape would come off (which it didn’t). Still wasn’t good enough for her. Absolutely shameful attitude and service. She got my $5 for a piece of HER tape. Disgraceful policy and behavior. Do NOT use this location.

  Unfortunately Marta gave incorrect details about 2nd day residential. Package did not arrive on time. Do not recommend this location for your shipping needs.

  Reading the reviews from others I see I am not alone. Had to drop off something from Amazon . I didn’t close the box because I needed to put a return slip in the box. The woman there was not friendly at all . She charged me $2.50 to print out the return slip (I also needed the label printed but she didn’t but said that was free. ) I asked if she could put a pc of tape to close the box (forgot to bring mine) she said No! It’s up to the customer to close it. I was not going to pay for tape .. so I went home . Brought it back today .. closed it at home .. a different woman was there who was even more unfriendly . I told her I needed to have the label printed.. she says “ It’s $1. “ I thought it was included in the $2.50 I paid the other day but I guess not . I gave her the $1. She attempted to ring it up but it wasn’t coming up .. kept coming up $0.00. Then she says.. my printer is not working . I was probably ripped off . I know it’s only a dollar but I feel something wasn’t right here. She Gives me a receipt for the package and I left . No thank you .. no nothing. I see these “Stores” are all independently owned and operated . I would rather drive all the way to the main bldg in Tintin Falls then to deal with this place again .
