  I don't usually respond to LinkedIn messages from recruiters, but I'm so glad I answered when Giselle Bavaro from PrideStaff reached out. Honestly, I assumed it was another spam message at first, like most cold outreach you get on that platform. It turned out to be the best message I've ever received on LinkedIn. Within a few short days, Giselle had connected me with a real opportunity, not just any job, but one that's going to be vital for my career going forward. From the very first conversation, Giselle was professional, caring, and attentive. She took the time to actually understand my background and what I was looking for, instead of just trying to push me into any open role. She helped me navigate the entire hiring process with real expertise, prepping me for what to expect, keeping me informed at every stage, and following up consistently so I was never left wondering where things stood. What stood out most is that Giselle was with me every step of the way, from the initial outreach all the way through the offer and beyond. Even after I was hired, she checked in to make sure everything was going well. That kind of follow-through is rare, and it shows she genuinely cares about the people she works with, not just closing placements. If you get a message from Giselle, answer it. She changed the trajectory of my career and I couldn't be more grateful for everything she's done. Five stars for her and for PrideStaff. I can't recommend her and Pride Staff highly enough.

  Pridestaff is the best staffing agency I've worked for they have plenty of work and have the best interest for their employees. They got me a great position in less then a week of being hired. I recommend others to apply for pridestaff
