- VVVitaliyJul 21, 20261.0I stopped by there today to send a package. The service was terrible—simply outrageous. I was assisted by a young African American woman who refused to scan my package. I ended up having to drive to Moorestown (just a two-minute drive away), where I received quick, high-quality service. There are constant issues with this employee—her name is Nadia. Many people I know have complained about her. I wonder what management is thinking, allowing such poor treatment of customers, considering it is their money that pays the salaries.
