  Horrible experience. I came here on 04/28 to drop off two packages. The lady at the front was on the phone with I am assuming her friend because she was on speaker talking about person stuff. She tells me to use the self service station and then says sorry to her friend on the phone turns her back and goes back to laughing. The receipts wouldn't print because the paper was jammed, I try to get her attention and she just continue to laugh and put up her finger telling me to wait a minute. So I fixed the machine myself. Your welcome! But anyways this lady is horrible and i would not come back based off of her. She needs retraining. Btw your open sign was off lol simole task she couldnt complete.

  Severely understaffed on a Thursday evening at 5:30pm, expect long waits. I understand being understaffed, but there’s no efficiencies in customer service to make up for it.
