- ZSZofar SvirskyJul 21, 20261.0They don't come to my office, which they are supposed to do, if I don't have mail coming in, but to check if I have mail going out. My outgoing mail sits for days waiting. I went to their office to complain, I was told it will be corrected, that sure didn't work, I'm still waiting.
- JCJoey ChanJul 17, 20262.0I went to this post office after the 1st post office in Cedar Knolls refused to serve me and told me they had more workers here and so here I am...the lady was very friendly and this one was very busy but she was the one dealing with everyone, they did have other workers in the back. Anyways I told her hey I have 23 certified letters to send and she started making excuses...and I was like please...can I just send a few? So she said 3... because she said it will take a long time...it literally took less then 5 minutes to do the 3, as if we were going to be there for hours. Only reason I gave an extra star was because she was able to send 3 :-/ out of 23.

No redelivery attempt on Monday — instead, they changed the status to "Hold at Office, Requested by Customer," which I never requested. I called Tuesday morning and was told the package was at the office and I could pick it up. When I arrived at 4:30 PM, I was told the package had already been returned to the sender. Terrible customer service. I was given false information and wasted a trip. Will never use this office again.

- JMJim M.Apr 15, 20261.0This 1 star does not reflect the one employee on the counter that has to deal with the long line of customers by herself with absolutely no help, but the facility itself. Bravo to her. As I was waiting for over 25 minutes I was taking a look around, this place is FILTHY. Not that I'm looking for hospital clean but absolutely zero effort is made to keep this place slightly clean and it smells too. Walls, floors, ceiling, rugs all filthy. Old tape stuck to everything and filthy. Theres a plaque on the wall that says it was dedicated in 1969, I think that was the last time it was cleaned, and it smells like old cigarette smoke from the 60's
