I had two separate incidents where with 1) my condolence card that I sent to a friend with cash in it (my fault for even doing that in the first place but she had no way to send an electronic payment) anyway the card never made it to her house. I put it in the mailbox across the street from Morristown hospital.. And the second incident is that I had a friend mail me my gold earring that I mistakenly left behind. She is from Morristown and she send the earring in a standard envelop and wrapped it and placed it in an envelop within the mailing envelope . And guess what, someone dug their finger right in the spot where the earring was and took it out. I was then delivered an empty envelope. Somebody is definitely tampering with the packages and I would never mail ANYTHING that has to go through Morristown postal service! Thankfully it was costume jewelry so the joke is on the thief smh.

- TMTom MulvihillDec 19, 20162.0The clerk advised me that I could not mail a package using their Priority Mail service in a "Flat rate" box that had been previously used. Incredibly, he would not accept my package even if I crossed out the words that said "Flat rate." I had to return with the package back to my office and repackage the shipment into a different (but virtually identical) box and then return to the post office. What a huge waste of time. Blacking out the words "Flat rate" would have accomplished the same goal and saved me time and aggravation.
