    Kia and Billy are the worst type of people you can hire. The go out of your way to be unhelpful so they don’t have to do their job type. We walked in to get passports done for our children. They asked if we filled out the paperwork, we stated we normally do that here. Billy said it will take too long and we need to reschedule. Kia then showed us to the area where the passport applications were suppose to be, but they were out. She then told us to go to a different location to get it done. We usually use the Maple Shade location without issue. Seems we should have just kept going there. They came up with every excuse not to help us and stated they were under staffed.

    I guess they don’t care about their reviews. I went there today. No one was there, but me the woman at the desk was not friendly at all. I greeted her with a smile asked how she was doing today and when I asked for help, she just kind of gave me a quick snappy answer, and I was looking to use some of my stamps this payment and she just looked at me and told me I needed to buy tape because one of them fell off she wouldn’t put one piece of scotch tape on there. So I bought the tape and then she went in the back and said I’ll come back I’m busy and then I had to call her when I was done prior to that. she asked me to move over to the side, even though no one else is there and I did and she kept asking me that I could go in the back and do this when that’s all I was doing was getting one dollar worth of stamps. I had 332 stamps and four penny stamps. This took five seconds. Then when I bought the tape, there was the backing from one of the stamps that I left on the counter and she asked me to put my garbage away next time so I took it and put it in the trash so rude. Don’t go here. They need new workers.

    The clerk tried to force me to use the kiosk for my prepaid labels. If customers are doing the work themselves, what is the purpose of having employees at the counter? I came in expecting service, not to be redirected to a machine.

    Not customer services in this place if you want to do your passport never came here. They’ll tell you the don’t know to do it.

    The woman that works at this location is so rude and disrespectful I drive further just so that I do not have to deal with her. I do not understand why the management at this location has not done anything about this after getting so many negative reviews.
