  No print option here, and sometimes they're even out of supplies. But the best part is you can drop off until 8:30 p.m. for overnight delivery. The closest print option is like 2 to 4 miles away.

  Today Wednesday July 15, 2026. Service at this location is unprofessional and biased. I visited the counter and encountered an employee who was openly dismissive and hostile. While she was friendly and laughing with a coworker, she was cold, snippy, and entirely ignored me despite my polite attempts to engage. Picking and choosing who to be courteous to while working a customer-facing role is unacceptable behavior. This kind of attitude is entirely unprofessional and makes for a miserable customer experience. Fix the service standards.

  One of the worst experiences I have ever encountered at a fedex location. We are independent contractors that work with fedex so we do business at multiple fedex locations every day and I would now refuse a job from this location. There is zero customer service quality from this location. July 10th at 7:30pm I had a driver there to pickup medication, lady at the counter was very rude and made my driver feel as though she was a criminal trying to steal the medication from the fedex. Apparantly the drivers licence from the state of NJ was not proof enough of our existence in this country. She refused to give her name and then puts her work ID in her pocket(I have a picture as proof). She calls her co worker out and he was doing the same nonsense as her. He give his first name as CHRIS but refused to give his last name. They had my driver waiting there for over an hour while we try to sort the situation out. Mind you that we do business like this everyday with fedex. Many other things were said to my driver which I refuse to state until fedex reach out to me for the recording. I have the entire conversation recorded with both of them along with picture of their behavior and have thus filed a complaint with fedex. Manager name Sarina Riddick please keep your employees in check and learn them what customer service means. They are not working at the fish market or private investigator firm to tell customers that they couldnt possibly call fedex that fast to change the release in the system. I AM HIGHLY UPSET Check every other review its the same thing, these employees make fedex loose a lot of customer and most of them are business customer. I would avoid the location!!

  There is an elderly white-hair Asian woman who is the worst staff and most mean person I have ever seen. She insist on customers buying tape in the store, refused to provide help and even kept tapes customer bought herself. Also, she tortured customers back and forth on packaging drop-off boxes. Why don't Fedex fire her?
