- YMYamila MartinezJan 7, 20231.0I have been living in Montville for sixteen years and I’m very proud because in our town most of the people and businesses, everyone is always so nice, including the post office. Unfortunately, today I must say that the person that attended us at the Montville post office on Saturday, January 7th, 2023 was very rude. Each question that I asked because I'm not an expert in Priority Mail service was responded very rude as if I should already know all about the service, being a customer and not an experienced employee. It's a shame that people like this with such a bad attitude work with the public because unfortunately make everyone else's work look bad and that is not Right!!!
