- KHKatie HedlundJan 7, 20211.0This specific post office says that it is their policy to NOT SCAN Priority Mail items when they receive them, ONLY FIRST CLASS. When multiple packages have gone missing this holiday season with no scans at all or scans weeks later at other destinations, this helps to explain WHY this is happening but does not excuse that the post office should be scanning in EVERY SINGLE PACKAGE they receive. USPS Corporate says all packages should be scanned upon receiving per their corporate policy, so this post office is violating USPS rules. Every time I have called, Silvia is not help. Doshi is the only one who has ever been helpful. AVOID and use another PO location if you can.
