- SDStephen D6 days ago1.0Chiselers that will make you buy a roll of tape after you buy a box from them. I will drive 10 minutes to go to any other UPS than this store. Multiple negative experiences here.
- VMVictoria McCabeOct 5, 20261.0Went in to print a document and apparently that was too much to ask. The man at the desk was rude, dismissive, and offered no useful help. He said the guest Wi-Fi password changes monthly and he didn’t know it. When I asked how customers are supposed to send documents for printing, his solution was to go outside and try from there. A store that offers printing should have a functioning way for customers to submit documents and staff who can manage basic customer service. If your solution is to send customers out the door, you’ve missed the point. After reading the Google reviews, this experience makes perfect sense. What a disappointment.

I could see the other staff member sitting in the back staring at me and chatting on their phone. They were called out to help me, I was never greeted by this person, they cackled about something and thought they were talking to me, but, alas, they were still TALKING TO WHOM EVER ON THEIR PHONE! Now I know this wasn't a customer call as they were talking on their personal phone. It was really a terrible interaction. Staff members do not need to be chatting with whom ever while helping customers. ugh
