- JBJavi BbAug 1, 20265.0I went yesterday 7/31 to send out a package and the guy up front was the nicest employee i’ve ever encountered at this USPS. Very helpful and friendly !
- RRRaysNJAntiquesJul 24, 20264.0I've only been going here for a year, but I in there at least twice a week, every week. They are understaffed, but they always have been very nice to me. The woman there (possibly the mgr.) is frequently handling problem customer's passports and bouncing back and forth and get to the customers on line at the same time. They are open until 7PM which I thought was super convenient after work. My old PO closed at 5pm. The 4 stars is because they are understaffed which creates the long wait time during rush hour. Also, many customers are OLD, hard of hearing and clueless when they have to mail a package or letter. This all leads to longer wait times. Then you have to the Karens and Princesses who expect the employees to drop everything and serve them as fast as possible. Add to that the non-English speaking customers ( a lot) trying to communicate with the employee when they are missing most of the necessary info they need to have in order to complete their transaction. I'm over 70 years old and a small business owner.
