- JKJames KastnerSep 26, 20262.0I recently visited this location to drop off several packages and, unfortunately, the customer service experience was disappointing. While waiting in line, I watched one associate (Doug) interact with several customers who came through the door. The associate was consistently dismissive and seemed far more interested in what was happening on their phone than in assisting customers. It wasn’t an isolated interaction. The same attitude seemed to carry over from one customer to the next. I’ve had much better experiences here when the owner is personally present, which made the difference particularly noticeable. Unfortunately, it seems that when the owner isn’t at the location, the level of customer service and attention to customers can decline considerably. Hopefully this is addressed, because my previous experiences suggest this location is capable of providing much better service.

She helped me with an order recently and made the entire process seamless. She is an expert in her field, so kind and professional, and is more than willing to make sure everything goes smoothly for the customer. She and her team go above and beyond. I’m confident that my items are in trustworthy hands and I highly recommend this location!
