The individuals at the front counter could benefit from communicating with customers in a kinder and more respectful way, especially when explaining changes to package requirements or policies. A little patience and kindness in communication would make situations like this much easier to handle.

Every time I go into the post office she has an attitude. Customer should not have to deal with this type of service when there is UPS and FedEx!! She is horrible!!!!
