- JMJP MSep 11, 20261.0Would rather drive to the next town over for anything post office related going forth. I scheduled a passport application appointment and arrived early to the location. I was assisted by a young gentleman who looked annoyed already at 10am. He was there on the phone having a personal conversation on his AirPods while assisting me with my application. I was confused whenever he had a question because I didn’t know if he was speaking to me or speaking to the person on the phone. The entire 20 minute application process he stayed on the phone call talking about upcoming weekend plans. The other person at the desk was just eating a whole meal from a jar while assisting people that walked in. The attitude and professionalism at this location definitely need to be addressed. If it wasn’t that it required me to go in person I would have rather done everything online to avoid feeling as if I was a bother to someone since he not once stopped his personal call or excused himself.
- SZsoledad gabriela plata zabalaSep 10, 20261.0I bought a $1500 money order for rent. When I tried to print the receipt, the machine malfunctioned. The USPS employee in Middlesex got angry when I asked for a refund or the money order. On top of everything, he started yelling at me, telling me to go to the bank and get my money back. I calmly left and went to the bank, which wasn't the solution. I've been back to the post office all week looking for a solution, and all the manager tells me is that I have to wait another 10 days for a possible refund. What terrible service that office provides! They have mediocre, disrespectful, and humiliating employees. I feel awful for all the humiliation and such bad service here in this beautiful and peaceful city of Middlesex. I don't think I'll ever go back to that office. It's a shame; that's why these kinds of companies go out of business.
