The one guy I dealt with was not very welcoming and tried to charge me for prepaid label for a return paid for by Optimum for sending the wrong item

I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store. The pricing was not transparent or clearly explained to me beforehand. I repeatedly asked about the cost, but additional charges kept being added as the process continued. Some things were also done without me specifically requesting them, with the explanation that they would provide better quality, and I was then surprised by the final price. I felt pressured into paying for services without being given a clear understanding of the total cost in advance. The prices were also extremely high compared with other printing options I found afterward. I would strongly recommend asking for a complete, itemized price before allowing any work to be done.
