- IVIsabella Bins ViturinoApr 13, 20261.0I scheduled a customer pickup for a piece of mail at this post office today, April 13, 2026, at 8:00 AM (confirmation and tracking provided), and the experience has been extremely frustrating. Despite having a confirmed pickup at the Mickleton location, I was sent to multiple other post offices trying to locate my mail. I went to several nearby locations, and no one could give me a clear answer or help me track it down. This item is extremely important as it contains paperwork I need to return regarding my son and our home currently being without electricity. After being sent all over, I came back to this location, and still no one could locate the mail or provide any solution. There was no accountability, no urgency, and no real assistance offered. This is unacceptable, especially for something time-sensitive and clearly scheduled in advance. I really need help, and instead I’ve been given the runaround with no answers.
