Sent an envelope with important school documents to Seville Spain, not only they overcharged me ($226.95 vs another UPS store $123), they send documents in a BOX!! Additionally the messed up the package description on the invoice stating "Dietary supplements, Samples and School documents" that caused the package to be stuck in customs. Package was supposed to arrive October 31st (a week after I sent,October 23rd) and to this day (November 13th) package hasn't arrived!! Due date for my school documents were November 10th, which I missed (with $12,000USD tuition payed) thanks to UPS in Mendham!! I sent similar documents yesterday in UPS Chester they charged me less, they sent in a proper envelope and they are arriving tomorrow!!! 2 days versus the original 10 days!!! I am flabbergasted on this store's incompetence and lack of responsibility. I went to complain and they denied any wrongdoing telling me to "make a complaint on line" which can't be done because the package hasn't arrived yet. If I could rate them with negative stars I would. Please make yourself a favor and use the UPS in Chester. On top of everything, the person to whom I sent the documents in Spain had to pay €25 for important taxes!!! I will be filing a formal complaint against the store with UPS international.

I worked with Kimy and Mike On a little bit of a complicated project and it was fun to be in the store and work with them.
