- MRMary RoJul 23, 20261.0I visited the store to drop off some packages and discovered that they operate until 10 p.m. Consequently, I decided to leave the packages in the window drop-off area. However, two days later, I noticed that my packages still shows no tracking available
- ASA SJul 10, 20262.0I came in to drop off a package using a QR code, which would have only taken a minute. Unfortunately, the associate was very rude when informing me that the store was closed. It was only two minutes past 5:00 p.m., and I hadn't realized it was already after closing time. What was confusing was that both doors were still open, so it appeared the store was still accepting customers. If the store is strict about closing exactly at 5:00 p.m., the doors should be closed promptly. Otherwise, associates should communicate with customers in a polite and professional manner. The lack of courtesy and customer service made for a very disappointing experience.

I also appreciate that there are always supplies on hand. Yes, during certain hours, you might have long lines, but it's not the fault of the window clerk. They are doing their best. Call management if you want change or apply for a job. They are always looking for good help with a clean background check. My suggestion to people who don't like this post office is, find a nicer staff elsewhere. Good luck. Also, try to figure out what you need before you go in and hold up lines. The people who complain are usually the ones who leave poor reviews. There is a postal site that can be utilized beforehand. Just a suggestion but it could work. No, I am not a postal employee.
