Erik and Ashley absolutely killed it at this Mays Landing store! From laminating and brightening service menus to printing postcards/flyers/etc. and offering suggestions and getting me throughout the process, they made it seamless as well as got me taken care of same day! Couldn’t be happier. Customer service was 10 out of 10 between the two of them. (as most of us know in this area, that’s an extremely rare quality to come across!) Went in to return my Amazon packages and the lady scanning in my stuff was complaining CONSTANTLY about the line and gave us a attitude the entire time. I felt really uncomfortable! I will NEVER return.

Long line for UPS pickup/drop off. Instead of having a separate ups counter, they have the packages and drop off AT THE CASHIER. And if you pickup, they always seem to say they don't have the package before thoroughly looking and finally finding it.

There were no assistants on the floor who were able to help me. I had to wait in the checkout line to ask if they had what I was looking for. It wasn't available. I appreciate their prices for some things, but not so much for others. HP products were advertised online, but none were in the store. I checked to see if HP was going out of business. Google says they're not.

The store is nice, and stocked. However, there is usually only ONE person handling Amazon returns, regular returns, cashiering, and the phone. They deserve to be paid for all 4 positions since they are expected to perform them. There is always an extra person hanging out by the return desk/register but they rarely jump in to help. Also, not permitting people to leave through one of the doors is a safety issue. I had less trouble getting out of the barbecue place in Hayward California, where they had bulletproof glass and they buzzed you in.
