- CSCatherine Steers3 days ago1.0Two weeks ago, I physically handed a card woth a 50 dollar goft certificate to mail lady at complex and the recipient never recieved it. I believe thenpostal person stole the csrd and contents. I find it very strange that thenperson never received it and 50 dollars is a lot of money that Inpaid for a goft for someone that ai now have to replace. It is disgusting! I feel like I cannot tryst postal service in this town or the mail woman.

- SKSteve KApr 13, 20261.0Painfully slow desk service with a line always backed up to the door. Joseph is like a turtle and needs to have help at the counter when working. It should not take 25 minutes to drop off one package every time I come here. If it’s so busy, hire more help!!

- APAkim PriceFeb 13, 20261.0Terrible experience. No accountability for mistakes made with mail. One guy at the front in the morning named Joseph. He refused to ask other clerks for help when he’s flustered. I was lied to when I came to pick up a package that had failed to be delivered. He told me to my face that it would be redelivered and that he couldn’t find it. He only looked for 2 minutes before shooing me away to handle his line. My package was actually there before it was processed to be returned when I came as it later scanned as being returned later in the day. Terrible customer service and resolution abilities here. They will waste your time without any worthwhile help. Please if you have to deal with Joseph good luck.
