-1 The line was long a middle-age Caucasian woman walked off the line to the kiosk. 10 mins in she was having trouble at the kiosk; she thought is was ok to cut the line creating and argument because she felt that she was privileged. The clerk (Debbie) wasn’t any help adding fuel to the fire. Great Job 6/15/26

Would give 0 stars if I could! Just went there this morning 5/4/26 and the woman working was absolutely miserable and nasty. Gave my wife trouble for no reason. She couldn’t scan the package for some insane reason that was pre bought pirate ship. She just wanted to be difficult because we went right to staples to reprint the label and we were told we don’t need too because it scanned right in as is. Don’t work with people if you’re miserable person! I will go out of my way to go to any other post office now, but this one because of this woman.

The African American muslim woman with the religious head wear was very pleasant. I rarely see this kind of diversity out front and I have been to tons of post offices throughout the U.S. I am glad you cjose her to be frint facing. It was a soft spoken, kind yet diffrernt experience. The rest of the staff from the an in the lobby emptying the recycle trash cans to a lobby attendant were al nice. Just wanted to say, I am liking the diversity and mannerisms toward the public.

I went to apply for a PO Box, but the attitude of the employee there was terrible. First, she was wearing headphones and constantly talking on the phone. She had her head wrapped in cloth, so it seemed like she was trying not to be seen. When I asked questions, she responded in a condescending manner, frowning and giving vague answers. Because of her strong accent, I couldn’t fully understand, so I asked again. She then raised her voice and pointed at the form while explaining, as if it was my fault for not understanding, almost like she was blaming me. I filled out the form again and submitted it. When I answered her questions, her attitude suddenly changed and she began speaking in a polite tone. I thought that was strange, so I turned around and saw a white woman standing behind me. I realized that must be why her tone suddenly became polite. This happened on the morning of April 16, 2026. The employee sitting at the front desk at that time was the person I am referring to. With this information, it should not be difficult to identify who she is. If the supervisor at this office is at the same level, then I suppose this kind of behavior will just be ignored. I do not want to go back to this location again.
