I go here all the time, even though this p.o. is further away for me, but their service is better than anywhere else I've been in the area.

This is the most unpleasant place I’ve ever been. The attendants are so rude it’s sickening. Ask any question and they grunt at you and act like it’s an inconvenience to give basic instructions.

Busy Post Office but the staff has always been friendly with me and helpful when scanning my daily pre-paid packages for Ebay. Parking can get tricky.

The Black guy with an accent with glasses around 40 or 50 needs to be re trained or not to be in the lobby where customers are present retired or fired .This guy first was yelling at a old lady around 75 yrs. old after she asked him a question a second time. I will go there to Manville every other day and this clerk has no name tag very arrogant and talks to people like there in jail, he will say the craziest things going completely nuts on people all the time.I had a couple of run in with him did not give him one inch this guy really has a mental problem.I paid for postage via internet several envelopes going out it was late in the day only two customers in line when it was my turn this Clerk told me i had to many items that he was not going to scan my package! i believe i had 7 envelopes , I refused to take no for an answer , i tell you what he does not know me he is barking up the wrong tree , but i told him he had to scan these packages i paid for the postage he is supposed to do his job that will take him all of maybe two minutes! This Clerk claims to be a supervisor which is hard to believe with his demeanor , he reluctantly scanned the packages and told me that i better change my address or return address to Manville because they did not get the credit , and if they close down it will be my fault !! I told him that i was not going to change the business address that i have never heard such a rule were is it posted ,we went back and forth for a minute then i left not before he said again "it will be your fault ". I have taken boxes and packages for years to Skylight logistics in Somerset great scvs i even drop off fed x boxes no problem real professional. Also i go to Somerville to avoid loosing my temper with this guy and they are so fantastic and professional and all wear name badges. I asked them about his comment if it was necessary to change my return address they stated they never heard of such a request ,that mail can be taken to ANY US postal scvs facility.I was given a number to call and make a complaint of this mentioned Clerk with no name tag, i hope some one is paying attention and look at there bad reviews of the Manville post office.Another run in i had with the same genius i rushed there on a weekday to drop off two envelopes it was around 0515 when i got there i was going to drop off at the lobby , the same Clerk had locked the doors upon pulling on the door at exactly 0515 he ignored me and went inside . I have proof of what iam saying that's all iam going to say about that and will make complaints until something is done about this.We are paying customers he is serving us and needs to act like a stable competent person not a rude out of control unhappy public servant.
